‘Freedom is never dear at any price. It is the breath of life.’

August 15, 2020 was all about a solemn salute by the patriots in the campus. The dawn marked the commencement of the Independence Day programme by invoking the blessings of the Almighty. Rev. Fr. Tony, the chief guest added to the aura of patriotism with his gracious presence by hoisting our National flag which was followed by the chorusing of the National Anthem.

The highlights of the day included the awe-inspiring words of Rev.Fr.Tony on the importance of the day, a supple dance performance and a reflection on Independent India by the teachers. The august gathering could not fail to be stimulated by the jingoistic words of our dear Principal, Rev.Fr.Dr.Jabamalai on the occasion.

The joy of the day was shared in the form of sweets before the crowd departed with much fondness towards Indian citizenship, embracing the nation with great affection and respect.
