Melange

Melange 2025-26, the annual Cultural and Literary Competition, was conducted from 20th August 2025 to 23rd August 2025.

These competitions are organized every year to enhance students’ confidence, personality, and essential life skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership. By providing diverse cultural and intellectual platforms, Melange nurtures creativity, expression, and holistic growth among students.

The inaugural ceremony of Melange was held on 21st August 2025. The Chief Guest was Mr. Amish Kumar M, a gifted singer from Mangalore, and the Guest of Honour was Rev. Dr. Sibhu Jacob, MSFS, Vice Principal of SFS Degree College.

This year’s Melange was held under the inspiring theme “Ablaze the Stage, Ignite the Flame”. The event featured 79 competitions, grouped into 7 categories, with enthusiastic participation from students of Grade I to Grade XII.

The grand closing ceremony was held on 23rd August 2025 with Rev. Fr. Staney Rodrigues, MSFS, Principal of SFS PU College, as the Chief Guest. The prize distribution for group events was carried out by Rev. Fr. Binoy, Principal, along with Rev. Fr. Staney Rodrigues.

Students across all categories exhibited remarkable dedication, creativity, and skill. Their active involvement ensured the resounding success of Melange 2025-26 and reflected the institution’s commitment to nurturing holistic growth, cultural appreciation, and intellectual excellence.
