The inaugural program for the little Desalites was held on 13th June 2026 on the SFS ICSE & ISC premises. This memorable day for the tiny tots began with the majestic school band and a UKG escorting squad welcoming the chief guest, Dr. Megha Mahajan, a renowned child psychologist. They escorted the chief guest alongside the Principal, Rev. Fr. Binoy, whose gracious presence added dignity to the occasion.

The junior Desalites commenced the program with energetic emcees, a warm welcome speech, a beautiful welcoming gesture for the guests, an invocation dance, a peppy dance performance, and a heartfelt vote of thanks. The UKG children welcomed the dignitaries and the audience, which was followed by the traditional lighting of the lamp. Kindergarten is a magical, transitional world where children play, enjoy, cry, and make wonderful memories; the UKG students beautifully shared their experiences and reflected on how they have been nurtured through their "tiny talks."

The chief guest motivated the audience, delivering an impressive message that encouraged and appreciated both the kindergarten teachers and the parents. She emphasized the importance of a child’s overall growth and development. The Principal, Rev. Fr. Binoy, assured the parents that a child’s safety is the school's topmost priority and that there is absolutely no compromise on it. Understanding that simple gratitude can turn a routine moment into something special, the UKG students made the day truly precious by rendering words of gratitude and thanking everyone for their support. Finally, the program concluded with a positive message: Every day is a new beginning, so stay positive, never give up, take little steps, and dream big.
