Pallav 2026–27:
Inauguration of the New Academic Year

Pallav, the inauguration ceremony for the new academic year, was held on 1 June 2026. The theme for the academic year was “Ignite Minds to Illuminate Lives.” The word Pallav signifies a fresh new leaf—a symbol of growth, vitality, and the beautiful unfolding of a journey.

The Chief Guest for the occasion was Fr. Dr. Sabu Francis, Rector of Suvidya College. The Guest of Honour was Dr. Nisarga D. Puthane, an alumna of SFS ICSE & ISC from the graduating batch of 2017.

The other invited dignitaries included Fr. Joshy, Fr. Robin, and Fr. Jain George.

The programme commenced with an invocation seeking divine blessings, followed by the school anthem and the blessing of the school premises by the invited Fathers.On this occasion, the school toppers of the ICSE and ISC Board Examinations were felicitated for their exceptional performance. The Academic Coordinators and the Programme Coordinator were also honoured for their dedicated and exemplary service.

Fr. Dr. Sabu Francis, Fr. Joshy, Fr. Binoy, and Dr. Nisarga D. Puthane addressed the gathering. In their speeches, they emphasized the importance of discipline, hard work, perseverance, and consistent practice as the keys to success.

Pallav 2026–27 concluded with the Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem, marking a meaningful and inspiring beginning to the new academic year.
