The Inaugural ceremony of Pre-KG, Novello 2022 was held on 18th June 2022. Little Desalites of SFS PUBLIC SCHOOL, ICSE & ISC, Electronics City, entered into the adventurous world of kindergarten with great enthusiasm. They experienced the incredible first day of school with much joy and delight.

Ms. Priya Sandeep, Co – Founder of HOPE , the Early Intervention Centre presided over as the Chief Guest along with Rev. Fr. Riju, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Electronics City as Guest of Honour. Dressed in their best attire, the students of UKG spread out a warm welcome to the dignified guests.

The programme commenced with an invocation dance followed by words of welcome by Iffah Mehrin and Aarav from UKG. Ms. Indushree, India’s first women ventriloquist, mesmerised the audience with her captivating performance.

Ms. Priya Sandeep, urged the parents to provide children a space where they figure out their innate abilities and potentials through play and creative expressions. Rev. Fr. Jabamalai, the Principal, addressed the gathering and motivated the parent community to work collaboratively with the school to ensure students find joy in learning. He also spoke about the importance of letting children know “What they do is more important than what they get” be it in terms of marks or medals. Guest of Honour, Rev. Fr. Riju stressed upon the aspects of unconditional acceptance by parents which boosts the self awareness in children.

A foot tapping performance by UKG students added grace to the event. Yugaansh and Mitra from UKG delivered the words of gratitude with confidence and élan. The tiny tots then had an interactive session with their class teachers marking the beginning of their academic life.
